What makes Florence so amazing is that you can't walk anywhere without bumping into some kind of artistic display whether it is sculptures, architecture, or yet another historic monument or museum. And the best part of this is that most of it is outdoors for all to enjoy. If you are okay with seeing exact replices (sculptures, not paintings) then you can be satisfied without needing to stand in line for all the museums. We spent most of our time in Florence walking the streets taking in all the sights with me squeezing in a quick visit to the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which we hadn't seen last time we were here.
